1. ARE YOUR ITEMS SAFE?

Yes, yes and YES!

We want to be COMPLETELY transparent here and to ensure you feel confident purchasing from us we have put together a Product Safety blog. This page also has tips to help educate parents on what to look for when purchasing these kinds of products. Your child's safety is no less important to us than the safety of our own, we use these products at home ourselves & would never risk putting our own or anyone's family in any danger

2. CAN YOU CUSTOMISE A PRODUCT FOR ME?

Beaded products can be customised in relation to colour combinations however, not in design. Each of our designs have been safety tested in an independant laboratory and certified safe. If we were to create a new designs for you that design would also have to undergo testing

 

3. CARE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

Each item will come packaged with specific care and safety instructions as to comply with Aus safety standards. You can also find these instructions in the description of each product

Clean before first use. To clean wipe with damp cloth and allow to air dry. Do not submerge in water. Do not sterilise or place in boiling water. Do not use chemicals or cleaning products

 

4. WHAT IS THE BEST METHOD TO CONTACT US?

Please get in touch with us through our 'Contact Us' page or send through a DM to our social media accounts. Social media is our fastest form of communication. If the reason for contact is order related then we suggest replying to your order confirmation email which will provide us with your order details as well

 

 5. WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

Firstly, please check your junk inbox as sometimes this is where they might appear. Secondly, please check your bank details to ensure your order has gone through & payment has come out. Thirdly, please contact us ASAP with as much information as possible for us to investigate and resolve for you

 

6. DO YOU ALLOW RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND PURCHASES?

All purchases made through My Little Seed are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchange on change of mind purchases however please contact us as returns are at My Little Seed's discretion

If you believe an item is deemed faulty or it does not perform as advertised, please discard immediately for safety reasons and contact us

If you have received an incorrect order, please contact us ASAP so we can rectify this for you
