SHIPPING AND TURN AROUND TIMES

1. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE MADE?

We say to allow up to a 14 day turn around* on your orders to be made however, our intention is absolutely to get these orders out to you as soon as possible

The 14 day* allowance has been created as not to disappoint if your order takes longer than anticipated

Turnaround times will be dependent on the volume of orders at the time, remembering that we are only 1 person with 2 hands who is raising a mischievous toddler & working a day job

If you are on a strict time schedule please send us a DM to discuss

 ** During promotional, festive and sale periods (including the Socially Em Gift Guide) please allow an additional 7 days for your order to be dispatched **

2. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Unfortunately, once your order is dispatched delivery timeframes are outside of our control. Your tracking number will be including in your dispatch email confirmation. Orders are shipped through a combination of AusPost and Sendle so please allow 5-10 business days for delivery

 

3. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING IF I AM LOCAL?

At this stage yes, unfortunately

We are looking to offer Click and Collect when we can arrange a pickup location with another local business but at this point in time it is not viable to offer this from our home as I am not always available to be home for you to collect

 

4. WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

We understand that shipping is an expensive additional cost to be added on top of your purchase. Unfortunately, unlike large companies, we as a small business can not afford to offer free shipping on all orders - if we could, we would! 

As we are continuing to grow we are also continuously working on ways to improve our service to you and reduce these costs

A flat rate of $8 shipping will be applied to your cart at checkout and orders over $80 will receive free shipping

 

 5. I HAVE ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, HELP!!

Please contact us immediately so we can update our records before your order is dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched this is outside of our control, please let us know and we can lodge this with Auspost
